Group founder Jenna-Lea Philpott, was an independent community representative and volunteer member of the working group assisting consultants and staff at KCDC to draft the Kāpiti Economic Development Strategy from October 2018 – July 2020.
For the first time, the arts and creative industries have been identified as a key sector in the Kāpiti economy, alongside construction, aged care, retail, and professional, scientific and technical services. Key actions are:
